2025 SASSY Award Nominations will be open from September 8, 2025 to October 10, 2025!
Here is what you will need to complete this nomination form:
- Include your choice of a registered Canadian Charity, including contact information and registration number
- Upload a completed reference form
- Upload two letters of recommendation
- Upload a headshot photo of yourself
- Upload a 1 minute video video outlining your accomplishments
It is best to collect all the information, reference form, headshot, video and reference letters that you will need to complete the nomination form. However, you will have the opportunity to Save and Continue later if you wish. When you hit the Save and continue button, you can enter an email address for a link. When you’re ready to continue, use the link provided in the email that was sent to you.
