The 2024 SASSY Award Nominations deadline has been extended to midnight on April 1, 2024!
Here is what you will need to complete this form:
- Include your choice of a registered Canadian Charity, including contact information and registration number
- Upload a completed “SASSY Candidate Service Table” you may download the blank table on page 6 of the form once it is online
- upload two letters of recommendation
It is best to collect all the information, the SASSY candidate service table and reference letters that you will need to complete this form. However, you will have the opportunity to Save and Continue later if you wish. When you hit the Save and continue button, you can enter an email address for a link. When you’re ready to continue, use the link provided in the email that was sent to you.
