Arpit Pandher is 18 and attends Tamanawis Secondary. He joined Break the Divide and helps students create initiatives such as mental health fundraisers, water crisis awareness videos, and raising funds for youth isolation in the Arctic. He worked with an English department in Taiwan to create a teaching plan that would allow youth to discuss issues and topics such as climate change, war, Taiwanese culture vs. Canadian culture, poverty, crime, and drugs from two completely distinct perspectives. As his leadership skills develop, he takes pride in his work and is passionate about giving back to his community.
Arry chose the Canadian Mental Health Association BC as his designated Charity.
